Safety

A critical aspect of the everyday work of a tradesman is safety, the standards relating to electrical safety will be explored and at the end of the course you will be able to tell the difference between a certified insulated tool and a non-certified insulated tool.

Core electricians tools

The everyday items that every electrician uses, by the end of the course you will be confident in knowing the ins and outs of every core electricians tools and what you will commonly find in an electricians tool bag.

1 test – 15 mins

 

Specialist electrician's tools

This topic will introduce several new tools you may not have commonly come across before, how they're used and the features and benefits this provides for the specialist electrician.

1 test – 10 mins

 

Examination

The course will conclude with a test of your knowledge on the topics discussed, at the end you will be awarded with your CK Tools certificate of electricians’ tool knowledge.

Certificate

Upon completion of the course, if you’ve passed you will receive the illustrious CKI Productwise Certificate for hand tool knowledge.
